Crossfit Portland has helped me to go from ""That's impossible"" to ""I just did it!?!"" I've been working out with a trainer at CFPDX for 8 months, and the trainers have helped me to get past an old knee injury, balance the strength in my legs, regain my confidence, and learn to push myself harder than I ever could before. Everyone has been tremendously supportive and helpful, and I've learned a ton about strength training, cardio training, and nutrition. Crossfit has also helped me to become a better Ultimate Frisbee player, too- I'm faster, stronger, and have a higher vertical jump! \r
In short- the people rock and the results are HOT!
