I've been working out at CFPDX for the last six months and have seen great results. I'm stronger now than what I was working out on my own at 24, I'm more flexible and I've met a ton of cool people. Everybody I've met at CFPDX has been extremely supportive, from the very beginner to the individuals who have been doing this for years, everybody wants to see you do your best. While the workouts are timed, it's not a competition against others, but a competition against yourself, each class you find yourself wanting to do better than the last!
