I have been going to Crossfit since December 2007 and I still look forward to going everytime because I never know what is in store - that to me is the what puts it head and shoulders above a regular workout routine - you can never get bored and you leave there with such a rewarding feeling when you do something you really never thought you could possilby do!!!! I would encourage anyone to go give it a try no matter what fitness level you are at.
Pros: everything!!!!!
Cons: there should be locations in every town!!!
