I was a customer at this car wash for 2 years until recently. After getting my car wash, I found that my car wouldn't start when I was ready to leave. I went inside to tell the owner/manager what happened and to get the exact address . The business closed before the emergency service got there and every employee, including the manager/owner left me and my son sitting outside the car wash without saying a word. No one asked me if we were okay or if someone was coming to help. They loooked at us, but no one said a word. So needless to say, I have never been back to this car wash and never will since no one could take a few seconds to stop and ask if we were going to be okay.
