We did our purchase with VanDyk Mortgage out of Fort Pierce Fl. And I'm shocked to hear that someone was missled in any way by another Branch Office. VanDyk Mortgage has a strict policy on how to work with customers and they really did go out of their way to make our purchase go through. As a matter a fact they helped me and my wife get a few things off my credit reports permanently that were haunting us for the last four years just by simply submitting all the paperwork we had to prove the creditor wrong in a matter of 48 hrs. That is going out of your way to make things happen. In our book they are A OK with us. We would recomend their services to anyone looking to refiance or purchase. Pros: Will go the extra mile and did.
Cons: Sometimes it takes longer but it also depends on how backed up lenders are w/ files.
