I had a lot of trouble with the grooming services at our local vets office. My dog came home the first time with MAJOR hemoringing in his eyes from being pulled too hard, the second time they said that he was very unruly and aggressive and that he needed sedation. I agreed because I didn't know any better. My poor baby came home like a drooling, listless mess. He couldn't even stand for several hours. I reported these problems to Precious Treasures and they assured me that they would not pull him or sedate him - if he was too difficult to groom, they would call me to come pick him up. About 3 hours later I received a call to come get him - he was groomed and ready to come home! He was happy when I arrived and looked great. The groomer said that he did great and that they only had to talk to him to get him to be still and calm. I am very satisfied and will be going back for grooming again. I will recommend him to anyone who asks for sure!
