My experience with JoAnn James interior design reflect a business that is in serious disarray. Disgruntled employees were my first red flag. though the staging team was frindly and professional, I was very disturbed to learn that they did not have any respect for their employer Jo Ann james. This is based on numerous conversations with them as the result of verbal aggreements I made with Ms. James. Employees appeared to be very dedicate to the job but not to Ms. James. Additionally, my experience with Ms James was ""promises made but not kept"". This was also validated as ""typical operating procedure"" by her employees in conversations I had with them. All in all it was not the kind of business I would recommend as it does not appear to have the integrity I would expect from a business. Do yourself a favor and find somebody else. Pros: staging crew does very noce work Cons: staging crew disgruntled and Owner is a poor manager of people. more
