....have rules for you and have rules for themselves. They own multiple homes in park. i.e. you must have skirting, they don't. Workers in the park are a waste fo time, they may run over you in their trucks...they spend so much time just riding around. Also, if you purchase...be careful, I am not sure how they handle taxes..personal vs real estate........may be something to look into...
Pros: Convient, grass somehwat well maintained, workers very sociable, pet friendly
Cons: Workers too sociable, different sets of rules for people not living in one of their trailers, overly pet friendly (will let owners let pets use bathroom anywhere) possiblity of tax rip-off
