I visited the WWoW on 8/13/08 @5:45pm. The young lady at the counter was as pleasant as could be. I placed my order and waited for 15 minutes. The menu clearly reads ""ALL ORDERS ARE MADE TO ORDER"". Another customer came in after me and placed a larger order than mine. There were other customers that also came in after this gentleman that witnessed this. His order was filled before mine. I asked to see the manager and told her my concerns. She stated that he ordered all flats. I understood that. But how did he get his order before mine? If ""ALL ORDERS ARE MADE TO ORDER, PLEASE BE PATIENT"", then how is this so? She tried to explain, but she was hostile and impatient.. Her only explination to me was ""GO SOMEWHERE ELSE AND GET SOME WINGS"". She was the owner. I couldn't believe what I has hearing. I love wings and know the proper way thry should be cooked. I'm thinking they just pre-fry a bunch of wings (not fresh) and serve the customers on a false notion of "" made to order"". THe OWNER didn't offer anything for the misunderstanding. So please ""GO SOMEWHERE ELSE AND GET SOME WINGS"".
