I went to Pace Tire to mount & balance new tires for my car. After getting the new tires setup, I drove away. After getting on the highway, I noticed a shimmy at highway speed (over 60). The vibration was so strong I could not put off the repair and turned around and went right back to Pace. Instead of trying to find the problem, the mechanics & manager there did everything they could to get me out the door - they came up with a myriad of excuses as to why my car now feels like a tractor at highway speed. None of their reasons made sense to me - but when I asked them to re-do the work, they told me to go get a 2nd opinion - their way of getting rid of me.\r

I ended up going to another tire shop, which told me that the new wheels just balanced by Pace were horribly unbalanced. They balanced the wheels for me and I drove away - the shimmy was gone.\r

Don't give these scumbags your hard earned money - try to find a shop that will work with you. After all, tires are one of the key parts of an automobile that keep you and your family safe. You want to trust the people working on them for you.
Cons: terrible service, not trustworthy, don't stand behind their work
