Went there for the first time today with my son toddler and my grandmother. It wasn't so horrible as to illicit my comments at the moment but I won't be going back.\r
\r
The staff seemed bored yet annoyed when I asked for things like the food I had ordered or ice for a really hot coffee.\r
\r
I had to go up after waiting for 15+ minutes to find out if my bagel was ready - it was ready and now cold, I didn't quite understand this since they said they'd call my order out when it was done and I was sitting right next to them. \r
\r
Not many toys that are appropriate for toddler age children - 5 to be exact, I had almost as many in my diaper bag.\r
\r
Lastly to no fault of the institution, management or staff I personally hate being in places where you see groups of parents standing around talking to each other and trying to ignore their children as they scream MOMMY LOOK, MOMMY, MOMMY, MOMMY!!! I know we all enjoy having an adult conversation every once in a while but I just have no need to hear you NOT paying attention to your screaming child.\r
\r
Next time I'll be going to the park, where the food is premade from my fridge, there is no cost of admission and people watch their children.\r
\r
Pros: looks nice, kids are entertained (mostly)
Cons: poor service, admission (seriously not worth $5)
