They did an ok job altering a dress for me, and quite quickly. The dress fits me better than it did for sure. Unfortunately they topstiched the edge of armholes rather than replacing the facing that had originally finished them. They didn't ask me if they could make this alteration, it makes the dress look much cheaper, and it would be difficult for me to fix it. So you could say they ruined my dress. If I went back, I'd be VERY SPECIFIC about how I wanted things done.
