My husband and I visited Trattoria Della Nonna for the first time Friday night at the suggestion of some friends. The atmosphere and warm greeting was unexpected on a busy weekend evening. We were seated and attended to as though we were the only couple in the restaurant, and after devouring every piece of the veal chop stuffed with prosciutto, fontina cheese, and fresh spinach I couldn't stop myself from helping myself to some of my husband's lamb loin chops glazed with a port wine reduction.
