I am not a fish person. You must understand this. So, when I order fish, on that rare occasion that I do so, I want it to taste ""not fishy"". The mahi mahi was a Sunday early dinner special (we arrived in the mid afternoon), and I had that most unusual craving for fish, so asked for the special.
