This is the worst retail outlet on earth. I have never been in a place that, despite having 5-10 sales associates standing around, they will NOT open another line to help check people out. So even if you have ten people in front of you, they don't open another line and the people working the check-out counters are slow as molasses. There's no supervision there and people just waste your time. They are the laziest people I have ever seen, and unfortunately for me, my dog's food is only carried there as opposed to normal stores. Every time I have to go in there, I DREAD it. If you're in a rush, your dog is better off starving so you can drive somewhere else or return the next day, because waiting in line for 20 years will only make your day worse.
Pros: Good selection of products.
Cons: Worst service ON EARTH. Indifferent staff. No customer service.
