i bought a new 3g iphone on sunday evening. the next day after work i went to pull my phone out and the screen was cracked. i have the 1st iphone and never had a problem. dropped and all kinds of things and nothing happened to it. not sure how it happened but it happened. i went in tuesday morning and wished to exchanged and they proceed to tell me there was nothing they could do. i asked to return and they said no. it states on the back of the receipt there is a satisfaction guarantee and i wanted to return it. they said it doesn't cover it. then i was proceed to be surrounded by apple staff like i was going to start a fight. they could even proceed a contact number for a manger except to call the store. they proceed to give a card to call the store and the manager will be in on weds. called weds afternoon and the manager wasn't there and they could tell me when they would be in.
