The Blue Sky Bistro located in a small strip shopping area in the quaint village of Malverne deserves it's own free standing building. After 6 visits the food served at Blue Sky has been consistently up scale. Everyone we have frequented Blue Sky with has agreed. Great wine list. Great food and friendly alert service and staff. Reservations are a must as the seating is very limited which is another reason they maintain such high standards. Malvernites are fortunate to have this city bistro on Long Islands south shore in their village. Once the word spreads "" look out "" Malverne. Highly recommend Blue Sky.
