I have stayed at the ""Crusty Crest"" on and off for more then 20 years. It has been owned by the same owners since the early 80's. Yes, the rooms used to be horriable (dirty, gross beds, ect.) BUT they have improved alot over the last few years. Last time I stayed in there, they had raised their nightly fee up, but it was worth it for me. The beds were brand new and the bathrooms were very clean. The showers are still the same and do need a make over, but overall, they have improved alot.
Pros: New comfy beds, cleaner bathrooms, very nice employes, cheap weekly rates
Cons: old showers do need a make over (new tile)
