Our sweet french lop, Freddy had a horrible ""hole"" in his neck. It was 1/2 inch in diamater and deep. We were horrified. The person at the front desk was very nice. Wait was a bit long. They could have been a bit more forthcoming about why the wait was long...but not really a problem. The receptionist did tell me that he had a parasite and would probably be fine which I appreciated. The doctor, Dr Finan, was very kind, animated and professional.
