My husband & I came to this Sprint store in Donelson because it was recommended to me after going to the one in Mount Juliet across from Providence & being treated very rudely. The Sprint sotre in Mount Juliet had very rude & unhelpful employees. We came here to absolute wireless in Donelson & Brian & Maria have been the most helpful people I have ever encountered at a cell phone store. Because of them I will probably go here for all of my cell phone needs from now on. Those two really know what they're doing & have great people skills while doing it. Go here!
Pros: prompt, willing to help, excellent sales & customer service
Cons: creepy guy in the back ""tech"" room always peering out to see what's going on.
