2 horrible experiences there. Natalie cut my daughters hair and was snapping at her because she wouldn't stay still (big shock that a 3 yr. old would move some during a haircut). Other time the assistant mgr. cut my hair and said there would be a ""charge"" for drying my hair..charge was more than hair cut. She gave the world's worst hair dry. My 3 yr. old could have done a better job.
Pros: None..they are awful
Cons: Overcharged and mean to children
