Hernan happened to be my instructor, too. He breaks the stereotype of driving instructors who are in their 50s with beer gut, graying hair, thick-rimmed glasses and a fashion sense rather kept in the closet.
Pros: Knowledgeable and presentable instructors. Affordable.
Cons: I didn't get a receipt even after requesting for it three times.
