Stopped by Innovations Salon today for a manicure. The salon itself is cute, but from the moment I walked in I did not feel welcome. The girl at the front desk never acknowleged me or bothered to even smile. She was busy talking on the phone, and it was'nt a customer. So I won't be going back. This salon could be a sucess, but not unless the owner teaches a class in customer service.
