long story short... i had been supporting a local business that sells ice cream and began participating in a promotion where the customer makes a certain number of purchases and receives a free purchase. after making three purchases and getting a credit for those three purchases, the company decides to change their rules. the ""owner"" of the establishment was less than helpful nor sympathetic. it is very sad that a company that i would otherwise love to support being as it is local has such unprofessional and insidious staff members/business practices.
