This company was selected based on a listing provided by Southern California Edison. They were quick to response with an inspection of my air conditioning unit, however, have failed to provide written documentation to me or to the utility company and failed to provide quotes for additional heating/cooling work to be done to my home despite five requests by phone. I hold them in low confidence and am disappointed that their follow-up has been so poor, especially when the serviceman seemed so knowledgable and pleasant.
