I have been a long time customer of Roberti Saab in Kingston NY as well as 4 of my family members, in total we purchased 17 Roberti Saabs. During ownership of all, Mr. Roberti has treated us as if we were his only customers. Furthermore, the service department at Roberti's continues to show professionalism and customer concern. In responce to "Robertinomore's" post, I know all 60k check ups at robertis get a coolant flush and a fuel filter. In fact I am reading off the list of items covered in the 60k. This person obviously doesnt offer information about his or her vehicle ie. what size tires are they...17 or 18 inch perhaps? They will wear out faster, THEY ARE PERFORMANCE TIRES!!! And yes Roberti does dismantle cars, in this day and age, I would like to call it RECYCLING!!!! To answer to his or her comment regarding " 5 fingered from the car next to yours" If your to cheap to pay for new, or just cant afford it, then yes they have offered lower priced "used parts" to me and many of my friends and family members. I find that is very refreshing to know they still care about the consumer, enough to have used parts available. If you are having trouble with your Saab, I am sorry... maybe a change in driving habbits is in order. I am an educated person, and know that in order for my Saab to provide transportation to me, I will need to put some $ into it. That is a fact I accept, and expect. If you paid for a 60k service you obviously have some miles on your car, and like my Mercedes Benz and Land Rover, they all need repairs from time to time.
I have also tried other dealers ( emergency break down) and found horrific service.

WAKE UP!!!! ITS A CAR...A MACHINE, IT WILL NEED REPAIRS, IF YOU CANT HANDLE THAT... THEN BUY A BICYCLE.
