Terrible Customer Service! After installing my frameless glass shower doors, one year later, I began noticing rust stains around the travertine tile. They came back to fix and noticed that the technician used the wrong screws, thus creating the rust. Technician repaired and then screwed the screws too tight, cracking the travertine tile under the glass panel. I hired a masonry repairman to fix the cracks, but needed the glass company to come back and remove the glass, so he could repair. I did not ask them to pay for the damage, just come out to remove the glass and then come back to re-install. I called 3x and not one return phone call. Their add says Prompt, convenient service! They don't even stand up to their work and return existing customers calls. Not reliable! I'm not a complainer, -- just trying to save someone from making the mistake that I did, in hiring a poor contracter that does not stand by their work.
