I use them only because my landlord says I have to. They literally drive past my house every single day of the week, but will make me wait up to two weeks without a delivery. I ran out of cooking propane when I first moved in because I was not used to their system and they left me and my two small children with no way to cook for thirteen days. Then they tried to charge me an extra charge because I was out. (They wouldn't deliver, which is why I ran out.) They did forgive the charge, but I was told -get this -not to let it happen again. There seems to be a large difference in customer service depending on who answers the phone.
Pros: Low Cost
Cons: schizophrenic customer service and weird delivery schedule
