If anyone uses this service. Beware of how they switch your long distance. I requested the unlimited long distance for $15.00 per month. They never added it on and then put on there most expensive plan. I called and they said they would take care of it. They did not and still today when I looked once again it's still not changed. I went online to see what is the best home service to use and lo and behold I see other blogs that this has happened to them. Beware of this company. I'm changing my service today and it will not be Embarq.
