Comcast is my 4th cable company and by far the worse service I have ever seen. The service people are incompetent and do not want to show and tell with the controller or much else. Questions are basically ignored. Comcast has one of the worse program line ups that I have had to date. When you call for service or need help with something the people who answer the phones seem like they don't have any idea what is going on. Then you get these phone calls that tell you that you are such a great customer that Comcast is increaseing the speed of your cable and it slows down. Takes forever to down load or send something. NOw there is constant flickering and interuptions of the programing and it doesn't matter what the program is. The comcast controller is the worse that I have ever seen, hestates times out and half way works most of the time.
