Do NOT use this business! I took a leather jacket in to only have a snap fixed and they ruined the jacket. After I picked it up from Angelo's I took the jacket home and removed the plastic cover. The snpa was fixed, but when we turned the jacke around we noticed a huge pucker (looks like something hot was placed on it and melted it - not repairable)on the back of the jacket. My boyfriend took the jacket back to Angelo's and the owner said ""ask your girfriend she knows"". We went back in together and the owner stood there got extremely defensive and lied saying that he showed me the mark on the jacket when I brought it in and asked me what is this and said that I told him I don't know. This was my boyfriend's favorite jacket - I would NEVER say I don't know, I am not 16 years old. He then proceeded to say I was lying and folded his arms and said ""s u e me"". The jacket is ruined and all we wanted was for the owner to step up and apologize and take responsibility. We will NEVER use this business again and I suggest NO ONE EVER USE THIS BUSINESS. I will galdly pay the extra money and go somewhere I can trust and who operates an honest business.
