It is unfortunate that just anybody can say whatever they want to say with no actual facts to back up their claim especially when the information they write is completely incorrect. In response to ""customer unhappy"" below, she claims we were keeping her product and the money. What she failed to mention is that we were ordering her a brand new gown not one from our store. She also fails to mention that she signed a contract knowing that no refunds is our company policy to cover all costs including the gown that we specially ordered for this bride that we are now stuck with. She also tried calling us over the course of 3 days while we were on vacation and she was told that we would call her back when we returned but that was not quick enough for her. When we called her back, she knew that she was not getting her deposit back and apologized for all of the calls. She told me the wedding was not going to happen because her ""boyfriend patched things up with his wife"". Maybe that is why she did not sign her name to this comment. We pride ourselves for our incredible selection of gowns reasonable prices and our customer service.
