They came out and shown a flashlight in the fireplace up the and said it didn't need to be cleaned. He was here 5 minutes and charged $75. He did not inspect our 3 story chimney. He was very rude when my husband inquired about the fact that he didn't inspect the chimney anyway. He became irrate. We haven't had our chimney or fireplace cleaned in 12 years and use it every winter. I would not use these people. They just wanted the easy money with no work.
