Several employees have complained of negligent management style, at best and abusive, unethical practices as a rule. Bathrooms are disgusting,employees(caseworkers) are asked to drive 14 passenger vans, one which does not have air. Clients are on medications that make this a very hazardous practice. The pay is disgraceful...22,500 for college graduates...Is this really a salaried position? Only good thing are the awesome, overworked, underappreciated caseworkers and the clients.
Pros: great caseworkers, lovely clients
