These guys are very good at what they do. It is cheaper to fix your phone with them compared to buying a new one. They are very busy! People were camped out in the office when I dropped off the phone and picked it up. I recommend leaving it for 24 hours. My phone came back a little more banged up than how it went in, but it worked and all of the numbers were saved!! They have great deals on phones too. I recommend them, but I took away a star because the customer service sucked (tech guys are not known to be friendly) and I think they need a receptionist (a nice one)!
Pros: you can wait at the sonic while your phone gets fixed/ good repair job
Cons: Service, wait in get helped 10-15 min, location is a little rough. Women, go during daylight.
