It took 10 minutes for me to order 8 peoples food..which i had to repeat three times. 45 minutes later the delivery boy shows up with food for 2. Upset because it took so long to order and it was wrong, i tried to figure out what he was going to do about it. After finally convincing him I wasn't wrong. He slowly went back to his car. Very upset. I called the restaurant to speak to the manager. Trying to explain in a slightly angry tone he told me to stop being a baby. of course this threw me off the deep end and I got angrier telling him how unprofessional he was being and asked for the owner, which it turns out he was. He asked me if I was a freshman because I was ""acting like a kid"". Most unbelievably BAD customer service I have ever experienced. And a lot of the food was drenched in grease, kind of cold, and a little burnt!
