I ordered two T Moldings on Saturday. They couldn't verify how much it would cost till Monday. I got my one and only call on Monday telling me how much and that it would take three days to get in. Well, after work on Thursday I went to get my T mouldings. It wasn't there but it should arrive on Friday. I called this time to check if it was in. After being hung up and not being able to get a call through for two hours I went home and called from there. It wasn't in but it would be in on Monday. Monday I called and they said it was in. So after work I drove up there and they couldn't find it. They would call me the next day to tell me the status of the T moulding. Here it is Wednesday and no phone call so I called and wanted to know where my T moulding were. They didn't know and asked if I wanted to talk to the GM. Who wasn't there so I asked to reverse the charges on my credit card and am still waiting on that phone call to verify if the transaction was completed. I can't wait to end this saga. Like Qwest, Sprint and AT&T I will never do business with Great Floors again.
