They showed up on time and where dressed very profesional. Much nicer than any other carpet cleaners I have had before. They did a good job cleaning and their price was right in line with the other cleaners I have used before. there where two spots that did not come out, but when I called the office they scheduled another appointment to come out and fix the problem free of charge. I will use nobody exept Tolivers Carpet One Cleaning from now on.
Pros: good customer service, profesional, good follow up
Cons: carpet was damp for about 4 hours
