Gifford Management Group charges $50 per family member and co-signee on their applications that is non-refundable. We had a property manager that was unwilling to change her schedule to meet with us to sign a contract. Her excuse was she made her applicants ""jump through hoops,"" because that would mean they would meet payments. When it was explained that the applicant just started a new job and time off to suit her schedule was not possible, she was unwilling to accomodate, $150 later!
