This is the apartment complex my husband and I wanted to live in , and for three years when our lease was up at other complexes, camino's was full. Around November of 2007 they finally had a unit available and so we moved in. Before long we started realizing that it was not as ""ideal"" as we thought it was. They water the concrete sidewalks constantly, they also do not have grass everywhere so every morning I notice the mud is being watered for hours at a time! One night I realized a sprinkler was pointed directly at my car which was parked in the parking lot!! We pay for water that they waste, not only that but it's just bad for the environment to waste so much water!!!
Pros: they allow pets and have a dog park... although it's too dirty to go in!
Cons: they pick on too many unimportant things!
