I took my husband there for our anniversary... thought it would be something new, fun, creative AND we get to eat our work! Not the case. I signed us up for the Turkish Cooking Class. The chef was wonderfully kind and warm, but all her special ingredients were brought back from her annual visits to Turkey. Key ingredients we can't get here in America, and items she admitted she can't find in specialty stores either. So how do we recreate these recipes at home? We have to ""search on websites to find the spices""...
