I have not visited this place nor have I taken my dog there, YET. My 8week old bulldog came down with Parvo a day after we picked him up from the shelter. We took him to PetSmart and since they dont board over night they suggested a 24 hour emergency care. We were so upset we didnt research quick enough ,because Cleetus (our pup) needed immediate care. We did not know we were going to spend almost 3k! I was reading through all the reviews about vets late last night and decided to email Andy (the vet) to see if 3k was normal. I was so impressed, Andy was on vacation and emailed me back in hours! He was not my vet but he answered all my questions and told me I could continue care in his facility. A vet on vacation and still had time to email me back!! WOW!! To my family and I ,that means he cares. We will be visiting this facilty this weekend.
