Where are 0 ratings? Mgmt is the worst imaginable. No srvc, courtesy, 100% satisfaction a joke. Travis Tramp is a deplorable example of a manager. No responsibility for inept service @ restaurant & hotel. Was refused service @ front desk for double billing of food & had to call by cell phone to get front desk attention (Mr.Tramp told Front desk to ignore us). Had police escort from the premises courtesy of Mr. Tramp because of lack of service. Clothing left in room stolen by housekeeping. No apology for poor service..no follow up...no resolution from Corp or otherwise. Have been informed that hotel is privately owned. They can do as they please.where does the 100% guarantee satisfaction apply? Have stayed @ 5 star hotels worldwide. This is the worst experience ever @ any hotel! Pros: location to hospitals Cons: take advantage of clients that have relatives @ hospitals closeby more
