Although the results from the hair removal are great, the service at this location is horrible. They make it very clear about cancellations and how much you will be charged if you cancel and appointment. On my second visit, I was called 6 hours before my appointment and they cancelled it. Now if I would have cancelled within 6 hours, I would have been charged over $200. I could have let that go. But now for my third appointment I was called a day in advanced and asked by Sona if I could come in a half hour earlier than my appointment. After reworking my work schedule, I agreed. Then again, 7 hours before my appointment, I was called and asked they could move me back to my original time. I said No. This is ridiculos. It is very unprofessional. I cant be the only one they are doing this with. It take weeks to get an appointment and then they go messing around with the schedule. I think they way over book and then if they have an employee who doesn't show up or who is sick, they have to cancel all the employees appointments. They shoudn't book all their spots for situtaions like this. If I hadn't already paid for everything, I WOULD NOT GO BACK.Very very disappointed to recevie this level of service for the amount of money I am spending. Pros: No hair!! Cons: Terrible service more
