Although to all apperances the facility is clean and convenient, it is not a happy place. Have you ever noticed that the folks that work there never smile? And they are definitely not trained to handle elderly, special needs dogs. When we picked up our beloved border collie from their facility on a Sunday afternoon (after two days there) she was unable to walk at all and had obviously not eaten or had any water because she couldn't move. We had to have her put to sleep the next day. Absolutely heartbreaking! Why didn't they call me?
Pros: Not trained to handle elderly guests. No feeling of care or concern at this facility.
Cons: Easy to schedule, appears clean, convenient for travelers heading west, allow dogs' personal belongings.
