The service and quality I have received is totally unacceptable. Weeds reoccurring, burnt shrubs and plants from applications, customer service totally non-existent by "receptionist". They have spent more time figuring out how to "address the problems" than the original service. If they did it right the first time - they would not havr to "address it". Right now I am kicking myself for switchng from FUNK to TruGreen. I had absolutely NO problems last season - the lawn was definitely improved by FUNK's service. This season it is regressing under TruGreen's service. NEVER AGAIN. Beware - you'll hear either "I will have someone get back to you" or "What can we do to correct this problem" A bit of advice - call FUNK or anyone else - RUN from Trugreen! I am still upset with my decision to hire Trugreen. I am switching back to FUNK ASAP.
