Brand new clean shop with courteous technicians. Unfortunately service manager charges over double for parts you could buy across the street from the shop, e.g. charged $318 for alternator that goes for $154 at auto parts store right next to them. Charged $68 for serpentine belt that sellls for $31. Now I'm no newcomer to auto repair and I know they mark up prices on parts but the standard is about 30% not more than double. This is a AAA approved shop and I got a 10% discount but what good is a 10% discount when they are doubling the prices? Service manager very defensive & belligerent told me he could charge whatever he wants (claimed it was "list" price----who's list? His?) and told me I could call every agency in the state to complain if I wanted, basically telling me to f*** off. If you're on vacation and stuck like I was they will fix you up in a jiffy but be prepared to pay through the nose. Maybe that's why all their bays were empty people in the area are aware of their pricing.
Pros: quick fast professional service
Cons: be prepared to pay double and more
