Opus 39 is most likely one of the most expensive restaurants in St. Augustine. They offer mostly a prix fixe menu, which changes frequently. Most items are excellent but be certain to review the menu before being seated. One evening, the offerings were mostly wild game (not to our liking). The chef prepares fresh and seasonal items in a creative fashion so this restaurant is definitely for people who like to experiment with food (which we do). The wine list is extensive, and often expensive, and the service is top-notch.
