I reviewed this earlier and, in my irritation, I said his written communication to me that says 'patients are notaified of our preparation time in advance' was a 'lie'. I apologize that is a harsh word, let me say that in my case prior notification was NOT made and therefore, his written letter to me, in that instance is untrue. I made two appointments to see this doctor, drove considerable distance in considerable pain, arrived (early in each case; filled out paperwork) and then sat in an empty office with no further communication from receptionist or doctor. After more than 35 minutes of sitting in silence, in each instance, and being given no indication that the doctor was busy, enroute, preparing or whatever, I left and made the long drive home to get some pain relief. One episode might be overlooked, but two exactly the same is clear evidence that the doctor has no respect for his patients ...and does not placed any value on their time. But becomes totally irrational in his angry response to this matter by resorting to mumbo-jumbo that ends with his haughty rejoinder that no one seems to appreciate how valueable his time is. He even goes on in his angry defense to say that in each appointment for me, in my case, he set aside three and a half hours for me ... but he never showed up. I was there twice; he never made it either time. But he is angry and upset because I showed him precisely the same respect he showed me. It is really difficult to understand the ethics, business practices or scruples of a mind-set of this nature. more
