Good prices, horrible service. I purchased a bedroom & dinning set. I was told by 2 salesmen both named Mark in Dedham delivery was $79. They gave me the driver?s name, Anthony & cell #. They said everything would be setup, put together & the cardboard & plastic would be taken away.
Delivery was for July 13 between late afternoon & early evening. At 6:30 I called Anthony, he didn't have anything on the truck for me. I called Mark, he said he accidently put the date of the 12th on my slip so when Anthony put orders on the truck for the 13th he missed mine. He said I would receive my order the next day.
The next day he called & said I my order would be delivered on the 15th. The other Mark called at 1:00 & said they pulled some strings & I would receive the order on the 14th. Anthony's helper called me at 4:40 asked what flr. I lived on. I told him the 1st flr., but the bedroom was on the 2nd. Because of this, delivery would be $89. They would deliver between 6 & 7. I called the store to speak to Mark, a very rude woman told me he was in the Sharon store. I told her I wasn't paying the $89. She said I should pay whatever was on my slip, $79. I told her to call Anthony & tell him. She put me on hold, came back on & told me to pay whatever is on my slip & hung up on me.
I called back about 10min. later & Mark who was in the Sharon store happened to answer the phone. I told him I wanted this fixed. He said the driver has been in trouble before & he would call me back. He did & said I would pay $79. He said the driver was confused because they do charge $89 for the 2nd fl. & $99 for the 3rd fl. I asked why he wouldn?t ask me what type of house I lived in when I was placing the order. He didn?t know.
I called Anthony at 7:10 he told me he would come in 25 min. At 8:00 he called & said he would be another hr. At 8:45 he arrived. They carried everything in & told me they do not put furniture together at all. My footboard is backordered. I'll pick it up myself!
